Modern Kitchen Cabinet Design Based on Existing Space and Measurements

### Project Description

I am looking for an experienced kitchen designer or interior designer to create a modern, functional, and aesthetically appealing kitchen cabinet design based on the actual dimensions and photographs of an existing space.

The kitchen area is currently unfinished, and the plumbing and electrical installations are already partially in place. The design must carefully consider the existing layout, wall dimensions, structural irregularities, and utility connection points.

I will provide:
- Photographs of the actual kitchen space.
- A hand-drawn sketch showing the approximate dimensions and wall layout.
- Available information about plumbing and electrical connection points.

### Scope of Work

The selected freelancer will be responsible for:

1. Developing a modern kitchen cabinet layout that makes the best use of the available space.
2. Designing an appropriate combination of upper cabinets, lower cabinets, drawers, and storage units.
3. Creating an ergonomic and practical kitchen layout based on standard kitchen design principles.
4. Considering the existing plumbing, electrical outlets, and other technical constraints.
5. Selecting suitable cabinet materials, finishes, colors, and hardware.
6. Creating realistic, high-quality 3D visualizations of the proposed design.

### Required Deliverables

- 2D kitchen cabinet layout with dimensions.
- Detailed front elevations of all cabinet sections.
- 3D photorealistic renderings from multiple viewpoints.
- Material and color specifications.
- Cabinet dimensions and technical details.
- Construction-ready drawings suitable for cabinet manufacturing and installation.

### Design Requirements

- Modern and minimalist aesthetic.
- Maximum utilization of available space.
- Practical storage solutions.
