Modern IT Recruiting Logo

I’m launching a small IT recruiting and consulting firm and need a fresh visual identity that immediately signals technology expertise and professionalism. The look I’m after is modern and sleek, using a blue-and-grey palette. I’d like a combination mark: clean, readable text paired with a smart icon that hints at both tech and talent acquisition—think subtle circuit or connection motifs rather than clichés.

Please present two to three initial concepts and be open to a reasonable round of refinements so the final piece feels perfectly calibrated to my brand voice. Once approved, I’ll need the master artwork plus common export sizes for web, social, and print.
