Modern Interior Renders & Layouts

I’m refreshing my entire home and need a freelance interior designer who can translate my ideas into crisp, photoreal 3D visuals while keeping the existing floor plan intact. The brief is to produce two to three high-resolution angles for every space—living room, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, and all bathrooms—capturing a clean modern look with simple lines throughout.

The footprint stays as is; your creativity comes through updated finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor. Alongside the renders, I also require a concise finish schedule that lists every material, color, and fixture you specify, plus dimensional layout drawings that show exact furniture placement and key measurements so implementation on site is straightforward.

Deliverables
• Photo-realistic 3D renderings (2–3 views per room, JPG/PNG + source files)
• Finish schedule in PDF or Excel, clearly cross-referenced to the visuals
• Dimensioned layouts in PDF (and DWG if you work in AutoCAD/Revit/SketchUp), reflecting the current walls but with all new furniture and fixtures located
