Modern Interior Redesign Consultation

I am renovating my home and want a fresh, Modern look that truly elevates its aesthetics. Right now I need a full concept for the living room and two bedroom, covering everything from furniture selection and custom woodwork ideas to lighting plans, colour palettes, and decorative accents that tie the spaces together.

What I value most is a designer who can show how each element—furniture geometry, ambient and task lighting, wall treatments, and wood finishes—works in harmony to create a cohesive, visually striking result. If your proposal and visuals impress me, I have two additional properties lined up for the same level of design attention, so consider this assignment the gateway to a longer-term collaboration.

To move forward, please provide:
• Mood or concept boards for both rooms
• Scaled furniture layouts with suggested pieces and wood details
• Lighting scheme (fixtures, placement, and dimming strategy)
• Colour palette with paint or finish codes
• 3D visualisations or realistic renderings that communicate the final look

All drawings should be delivered in editable formats (CAD or SketchUp) alongside high-resolution PDFs/JPEGs for easy review. I’ll share floor plans and photos once we agree on the engagement. Let’s create a stunning Modern space together.
