Modern HVAC Screen Design

I need a clean, modern-and-minimalistic dashboard screen for my HVAC mobile app. The single screen must let users

• adjust temperature quickly and intuitively,
• view a real-time system status summary, and
• see their next scheduled maintenance at a glance.

I picture a calm palette, generous white space, and iconography that feels lightweight yet informative—think subtle gradients rather than heavy skeuomorphism. Please deliver the final UI in an editable Figma (or Sketch/Adobe XD) file with accompanying style specs so my dev team can implement it pixel-perfectly. Wireframes are welcome first for alignment; once approved, move on to the high-fidelity design.
