Modern House Photorealistic Renders

I have a complete set of plans for a modern-style house and now need fully photorealistic 3D images that capture every material, light reflection and architectural detail just as it will appear once built. The priority is the exterior: front, rear and at least one angled perspective so the landscaping, façade textures and glazing read naturally under daylight.

Files I can supply right away
• PDF drawings and elevations
• Material references and colour schedule

What I’d like back
• High-resolution still renders (4K PNG or TIFF) for each agreed viewpoint
• Source scene file from your preferred software (3ds Max + V-Ray/Corona, Blender Cycles, Lumion, etc.) so I can generate future angles if needed
• Up to two revision rounds to fine-tune materials, lighting and camera positions

Quality benchmark
Real-world scale, physically accurate materials, balanced daylight plus subtle interior spill so the glass reads correctly—no “CG look.” Shadows should stay soft and natural, and metal, stone and timber finishes must match the reference palette precisely.
