I’d like my two-storey home translated from a 3D floor plan into a clean, modern-and-simple 3D exterior. The scope covers the full outside shell of the building as well as the boundary wall, gate, driveway and soft landscaping so the final visuals feel complete and ready for presentation or client sign-off.
What I can give you
• A detailed floor plan with dimensions in PDF/DWG.
• Notes on preferred materials and colour palette once the base model is ready.
What I need back
1. Photoreal or near-photoreal still renders (daylight and, if you can, an evening mood) that clearly show the front, sides and an angled aerial view.
2. The native 3D model file (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar) so I can tweak finishes later.
3. All textures, proxies and lighting assets packed with the model.
Key points to follow
• Keep the architecture modern and understated—clean lines, balanced proportions, minimal ornamentation.
• Match all dimensions precisely to the supplied plan.
• Include realistic planting, paving and boundary treatments; no need for extravagant landscaping, just something believable.
• File names and layers should be organised for easy navigation.
Tools such as SketchUp + V-Ray, 3ds Max + Corona, Lumion or Twinmotion are all fine as long as the final renders look professional. Accuracy and a quick turnaround are more important to me than fancy animations, but if you can add a short 20-second orbit video without delaying delivery, that’s a bonus.
Let me know your preferred software and approximate timeframe once you’ve reviewed the floor plan, and we can get started right away.
