Modern Hotel Room 3D Redesign

The task is a full makeover of an ageing hotel room in my small-town property, presented as a complete 3D concept. The look must stay Modern and simple while putting guest comfort first. Both the bedroom and its private bathroom need to feel fresh, brighter, and intuitively laid out—from the tile pattern on the floor to the finish on the ceiling cornice.

Scope
The redesign covers spatial planning, colour palette, furniture selection, built-in storage, lighting layers, sanitaryware, and all surface materials. Every choice should work together to enhance relaxation and ease of use for future guests.

Deliverables
• Scaled floor plan and reflected ceiling plan
• 3D model (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar) with all materials applied
• Four to six high-resolution renders showing day and night lighting
• A concise material & fixture schedule (tiles, paint codes, fabrics, fittings) ready for local sourcing
• One round of revisions after the first draft

Acceptance criteria
Renders must clearly depict both bedroom and bathroom, demonstrate unobstructed circulation paths, and show lighting levels that avoid glare while adding warmth. The material schedule should list locally obtainable or equivalent products and note quantities for quick procurement.

Source files stay editable so my contractor can pull measurements directly. Once complete, I’ll handle procurement and on-site work; I only need the digital package described above.
