Modern Homepage Mockup Design Only

I need a single, modern-and-minimalistic homepage mockup that echoes the clean look of the sample I’ve attached. Once we start, I’ll send you a small set of live site links so you can mirror their structure, visual rhythm, and content density while still giving the layout a fresh touch.

Scope is tightly focused on design only—no coding, assets slicing, or additional pages. We will work one mockup at a time, and I release payment as soon as that individual design is approved, then move on to the next if all goes well.

What I expect:
• A thoughtfully spaced 1440 px-wide artboard (or equivalent) built in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with every layer clearly labeled.
• Elegant typography, restrained color use, and intuitive visual hierarchy true to modern minimalism.
• A high-resolution JPG/PNG preview along with the editable source file.
• Up to two minor revision rounds before sign-off.
