Modern Home Interior Design Needed -- 2

I already have the complete architectural plans for my house, and now I need a complete, modern interior design to bring the spaces to life. The focus is on the following areas:

• Living Room

• Kitchen

• Bedrooms

I'm looking for a comprehensive design package that includes inspiration boards, detailed floor and furniture layouts, electrical and decorative layouts, and realistic 3D renderings that clearly show materials, lighting, and furniture. The drawings should include a concise list of material and furniture specifications so I can source everything locally without guesswork.

You can use whichever software you're proficient in—SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, or similar—provided the final files are editable in case I need minor adjustments later. I will share the house plan (DWG/PDF) once we begin work, along with key measurements and lifestyle notes.
