I’m updating my house and want a fresh, modern look that ties the living room, bedroom and kitchen together. I already have the basic layout, but I need a designer who can translate my ideas into a cohesive concept, refine the space planning and specify finishes, furniture and lighting that feel contemporary yet comfortable.

Here’s what I’m hoping to receive:
• Concept mood boards that capture the overall palette and vibe
• Scaled floor plans with any suggested layout tweaks
• 3D visualisations or rendered perspectives so I can clearly picture the final result
• A detailed shopping list (furniture, fixtures, soft furnishings, paint colours, etc.) with sources I can actually buy from
• Lighting and accessory recommendations that complete the look

I’m flexible on tools, whether you prefer SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, or another platform—as long as files are shareable and easy for contractors to interpret. We’ll collaborate via video calls, chat and shared folders, and I’ll provide current photos, measurements and inspiration images right away.
