• Scaled floor plans and furniture layouts (AutoCAD, Revit or similar) showing clear traffic flow and zoning.
• Realistic 3D renders or walkthroughs that help me visualise the proposed schemes.
• Lighting and electrical plans that complement the modern style.
• A concise specification sheet listing key finishes, fixtures and furnishings so I can source items locally or online.

I’m open to creative ideas as long as they remain true to a clean, modern feel—think balanced proportions, smart storage solutions, natural light and minimalist detailing.
