Modern Home 3D Renderings

I’m building a large-scale residence and need a fresh design eye to translate my plans into photorealistic visuals. The overall look is modern and minimalist, and the project covers nine key areas: the great room, main kitchen, spice kitchen, and six washrooms.

What you will receive from me
• Complete architectural drawings in both CAD and PDF
• Clear reference photos that illustrate the tone, palette, and lighting I have in mind
• Prompt feedback at every review milestone

What I need from you
• High-quality 3D renderings (day and night views where relevant) for each of the nine spaces
• Accurate representation of finishes, fixtures, and furniture shown on the drawings
• Source files so my contractor can pull dimensions if required

Nice-to-have (let me know if you can add these): a finish/material schedule and fully dimensioned furniture layouts; they’re not essential, but I’m open to including them for the right skill set.

Preferred tools are SketchUp + V-Ray, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D, but I’m flexible if you can match the realism I’m after. Please share two or three examples of modern, minimalist interiors you’ve rendered recently and outline an estimated turnaround time per space.

Once hired, I’ll kick off with the kitchen so we can confirm style, then move on to the remaining zones in agreed-upon batches. Looking forward to seeing your work.
