Modern Home 3D interior design and Walkthrough Design

I have attached the architectural floor plan for my entire house and I’m ready to see it come alive. I need a complete 3-dimensional interior design of every room—nothing is excluded—from foyer to bedrooms, kitchen to bathrooms. The overall mood I’m after is modern and minimal: clean lines, restrained colour palettes, and smart, unobtrusive storage solutions.

I want more than just a furniture layout; please develop a full scheme that covers lighting, materials, furniture, and décor so the final result feels cohesive and move-in ready. High-quality, realistically lit still images for each room are essential, but the key deliverable is an animated walkthrough that lets me (and my builder) experience the whole space virtually before a single wall is painted.

To keep us aligned, these are the items I’ll be looking for:
• Photorealistic renders of every room (4K resolution preferred).
• One continuous HD walkthrough video that flows naturally from room to room, including camera paths that highlight feature elements.
• Source files of the 3D model in your native software (3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) plus exported formats I can open easily.
• A concise material and lighting schedule so my contractor can replicate what’s shown.
