Modern Home 3D Design & Renders

I have a contemporary house concept that now needs to be visualised in full 3D, inside and out. Your job is to take my floor plans and style references and turn them into a cohesive, photo-realistic presentation.

Scope
• Exterior: façade composition, materials, lighting and landscaping that reinforce a clean, modern aesthetic.
• Interior: living areas, all bedrooms and every kitchen/bathroom must follow the same modern language—think balanced proportions, subtle textures and a restrained colour palette.

What I expect
1. Detailed 3D model (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar) of the entire house.
2. High-resolution still renders for each key viewpoint, daytime and evening.
3. One short walk-through or 360° panorama to help communicate flow (optional but appreciated).
4. Source files organised and layered so my architect can make edits later.

Acceptance criteria
• Materials and furniture match the mood boards I provide.
• Lighting feels natural; no blown-out highlights.
• Minimum 4K resolution for hero images.
• Final package delivered as both JPG/PNG and editable project files.
