Modern Front Yard Landscape Redesign

My front yard needs a fresh, modern look built around sweeping curves, a statement tree in the centre, and a series of raised garden beds packed with low-maintenance plants. I’d like a cohesive concept that balances clean, contemporary lines with soft planting pockets so the space feels welcoming yet remains effortless to keep tidy all year.

Scope of work
• Concept plan illustrating the new layout, curved pathways and bed shapes.
• Planting scheme focused on drought-tolerant, low-maintenance varieties—please note any seasonal interest or textural contrasts you include.
• Construction details for the raised garden beds: recommended materials, dimensions, and a simple step-by-step so a local contractor can follow easily.
• Placement guidance for a single feature tree at the centre, including ideal species options and root-zone considerations.
• Optional but appreciated: 3D or sketch visualisations to help me picture the finished design.

Acceptance criteria
1. All drawings supplied in PDF (and source files if created in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
2. Plant list with common & botanical names, mature sizes, and care notes.
3. Clear indications of hardscape vs. softscape areas with measurements.
4. Final package delivered ready for submission to my installer without further revision.
