Modern Flat Photo & Video Shoot

I’m putting my flat on the market and need a polished visual package that will help it stand out online and in printed brochures. I’m after both high-resolution photos and a short, well-edited walkthrough video. The look: modern and sleek—clean lines, balanced lighting, and true-to-life colours that emphasise space.

Key spaces to showcase are the living room, kitchen and all bedrooms. Think wide-angle shots that capture flow, detail images to highlight finishes, and smooth, stabilised video transitions that feel aspirational yet realistic.

Please bring the right gear (full-frame camera, gimbal, portable lighting if daylight isn’t enough) and handle basic retouching, colour correction and video editing so the final set is ready to upload to the major property portals. I’ll be on site to grant access and can walk you through any standout features I’d like emphasised.

Deliverables:
