Modern Fee Proposal Template

I have a polished fee-proposal document that was originally laid out in Adobe InDesign, but importing it into Canva broke the formatting. I need the entire piece rebuilt from scratch inside Canva so I can reuse it quickly for every new client.

When I add lines to the fee proposal I don't want to have to adjust the whole formatting.

The finished template must preserve its clean, modern-minimalist aesthetic. I’ll provide the exact fonts and colour codes once we kick off.

Expect the flow to sit at about seven pages; if you see a smarter sequence, pitch it before you lock the design. All text must stay fully editable, and no element should drift when exported.

• One sample proposal exported to PDF populated with placeholder data
