Modern Farmhouse Architectural Drawings

I have a rough hand-sketch for a compact, modern-style farmhouse and need it translated into fully detailed architectural drawings ready for construction approval.

The aesthetic is contemporary—clean lines, generous glazing, efficient use of space—not rustic or traditional. The layout must include an open-plan living area that flows into a small dining space, a functional kitchen, and two bedrooms, each with its own attached washroom.

I will provide the sketch, site dimensions, and any additional notes immediately after we start. Your role is to refine the layout for proper circulation, optimize orientation and structure, and present the concept clearly.

Please work in AutoCAD, Revit, or comparable software so I receive editable files alongside print-ready PDFs.

Deliverables:
• Scaled floor plan
• At least two elevations and one cross-section
• Furniture layout indicating circulation and zoning
• Simple 3D massing or render to convey the modern look
