Modern Exterior 3D Visualization Needed

My house plans are already locked in at the final-design stage; now I simply need a photorealistic exterior rendering that captures the modern aesthetic we’ve committed to. You’ll receive the full set of finalized drawings (CAD or PDF, whichever you prefer) along with material and colour references. I’m looking for crisp daylight views that highlight façade lines, textures and landscaping, plus one dusk shot to show off the lighting concept.

Preferred workflow is whatever lets you achieve high realism quickly—whether that’s SketchUp + V-Ray, 3ds Max + Corona, Lumion, or a comparable pipeline. Turnaround within a week would be ideal, but let me know if you need a little extra time for refinement.

Deliverables:
• 3–4 high-resolution JPEG/PNG renders (minimum 4K)
• Source scene file in native format for future edits
• One round of revisions to fine-tune materials, lighting or camera angles
