I need a clean, modern, and minimalist website that lets supporters contribute to our NGO quickly and confidently. The core of the build is a friction-free donation experience—secure payment gateway, clear call-to-action sections, and visually light pages that let our mission and impact take center stage.
The overall look should stay true to a modern-minimal aesthetic: generous white space, restrained colour palette, crisp typography, and subtle motion or micro-interactions where they add clarity. While that is the direction, I’m open to ideas that lean slightly more vibrant or traditional professional as long as the final result still feels uncluttered and trustworthy.
Key objectives
• Showcase our programmes with concise storytelling and high-quality imagery
• Give visitors an immediate way to donate, with recurring and one-off options
• Optimise the flow for mobile first—most of our traffic arrives on phones
• Build on a CMS that my team can update without touching code (WordPress, Webflow, or a similarly intuitive platform)
• Follow standard accessibility guidelines so everyone can engage with our content
Deliverables
1. Fully responsive website, tested across modern browsers and devices
2. Secure donation system integrated and verified (Stripe, PayPal, or your recommended solution)
3. CMS set up with reusable page templates and a short hand-off guide
4. Basic on-page SEO and performance optimisation (lazy loading, image compression, clean markup)
5. Two rounds of revisions after the first deploy to ensure we polish UX details
Acceptance criteria
– Pages load in under 3 seconds on 4G according to Lighthouse
– Donation flow completes successfully in sandbox and live modes
– Team is able to edit copy and swap images without developer help
If this aligns with your expertise, let’s map out milestones and get started.
