Modern Concrete Wall Redesign

I’m updating the perimeter wall of my property and need a fresh, modern concept executed in concrete. The goal is to replace the existing structure with something that feels contemporary yet welcoming, featuring tasteful decorative elements worked directly into the surface—think patterned relief, in-form inserts, or other creative treatments that break up a plain slab without compromising strength.

Here’s what I need from you: concept sketches that show the rhythm, height variations, and any articulation; detailed 2-D elevations with dimensions ready for my contractor; and at least two photorealistic 3-D renders so I can visualise colours, textures, and lighting at different times of day. A concise material schedule specifying concrete mix, finishing method, and any reinforcement for the decorative work will round out the package.

Accuracy is key. The drawings must match the site measurements I’ll provide, comply with local setback rules, and clearly indicate expansion joints, footing depth, and drainage slots so we avoid cracking later. Files should come in editable CAD (DWG or similar) plus PDF for quick reference, with the renders delivered as high-resolution JPEG or PNG.
