Modern Coffee Shop 3D Design

My new coffee shop occupies roughly 56 m² and I want every square metre to feel modern, welcoming, and highly functional. Your job is to translate the basic floor plan I supply into a fully realised interior concept that balances style with an efficient customer flow.

Scope
You will handle the complete interior scheme: furniture configuration, cashier and coffee-prep counter, ceiling and lighting concept, colour palette, material and finish selections—everything down to the last fixture. Please base your work on proven café ergonomics so staff can move effortlessly while guests enjoy comfortable, varied seating.

Deliverables
• High-quality 3D modelling in the software of your choice (SketchUp, 3ds Max + V-Ray, Revit, etc.)
• Photorealistic renders from several key viewpoints, daytime and evening light included
• Original, fully editable source files so I can update measurements or textures later

What I need from you

– An estimated fee broken into milestones if helpful
– A realistic timeline from kickoff to final files
