Modern Classic Apartment Interior Design Needed

Architect & Interior Designer Needed for Full Apartment Interior Design

I am looking for an experienced architect and interior designer to create a complete interior design for my new apartment (115m2).

My preferred style is timeless, elegant, and modern classic, with warm beige tones, dark walnut wood, natural stone, and decorative wall moldings.

What I am looking for:

- Functional space planning and furniture layouts
- Lightning plan, included decorative, ambient
- Photorealistic 3D renderings of the entire apartment
- Selection of furniture, lighting, colors, and materials
- Custom furniture and cabinetry design
- Technical drawings where necessary
- A shopping list with links to selected products

IMPORTANT: I will provide a list of furniture and home decor websites that I like\. I want the designer to independently select furniture and decorative items from these websites, coordinate everything, and incorporate the actual selected products into the 3D renderings.

I can provide floor plans, measurements, and inspiration photos.

I am looking for someone with a strong sense of aesthetics who can create a cohesive, sophisticated, and timeless home.

Please share your portfolio, estimated price, and timeline for the project!
