Modern Children's Room Design

I'm seeking a skilled designer to create two modern children's rooms for my boys, ages 4 and 2. The rooms are approximately 9sqm each (floorplan screenshot attached - kids' rooms are marked as 1 and 2 and both have floor to ceiling windows).

Key requirements:
- Modern design aesthetic
- Efficient space utilization
- Can be multi-functional furniture (e.g., beds with storage)
- We cannot spend a fortune but would love it if we have quality items that are from natural materials and long lasting

- Experience in designing children's rooms
