My café is refreshing its online and in-store visuals, so I’m commissioning a modern, clean photo-and-video session that showcases our signature food and beverage items.
Scope of the shoot
• Food & beverages only—no merchandise or décor focus this time.
• Visual tone: bright, uncluttered, contemporary lighting and styling that lets colours pop while staying true to a “modern and clean” aesthetic.
• Required framing: a balanced mix of close-up images that highlight texture and detail, and wide-angle compositions that capture full plating and tabletop setups.
Deliverables
1. 20+ retouched, high-resolution photos (minimum 3000 px on the long edge) in both web-optimised and print-ready formats.
2. A 45–60 second edited video reel cut from the same session, delivered in H.264 MP4, ready for Instagram Reels and digital menu boards.
3. All RAW files neatly organised so we have archival flexibility.
Location & timing
The shoot will take place on-site at the café during off-peak hours; weekday mornings usually work best. I’ll have the dishes prepped and styled, but I welcome quick tweaks you might suggest for plating or lighting.
Post-production notes
Colour grading should stay consistent with the light, airy look of leading modern cafés—no heavy filters. Please keep natural shadows and highlights intact. Light music bed for the video is fine; I have royalty-free tracks available if needed.
Acceptance criteria
• Images and video meet the stated resolution, framing and style guidelines.
• Final assets delivered via shared drive within one week of the shoot.
• Two minor revision rounds included for both photos and video.
If additional action shots (e.g., latte pours) inspire you on the day, feel free to capture them—we can discuss adding those edits as an optional extra.
