I have a full set of concept sketches plus a working Revit + Dynamo model that now need to be transformed into polished, studio-quality presentation boards. The boards must read as one cohesive, modern story while remaining strictly to scale and rich in architectural detail.

Scope of work
• Develop the design beyond my tentative Revit/Dynamo file, refining geometry and materials where needed.
• Generate high-quality 3D renders and clear technical drawings—I want both represented prominently on the boards.
• Lay out the final boards so that graphics, text, and annotations feel visually harmonious. The overall style is modern, using a sage-green base complemented by warm taupe/sand accents and crisp white space.
• You are free to work in the visualization software you prefer (Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion, V-Ray, etc.) as long as the output meets the quality level of professional student-portfolio boards.

Deliverables (print-ready & digital):
1. X-number (let’s decide together) of A1 or A0 boards in hi-res PDF.
2. Separate image files of each 3D render (PNG/JPG).
3. Source model(s) updated to reflect any design development.

Acceptance criteria
• Boards match the provided color palette and modern aesthetic.
• All drawings remain to scale with clear, legible dimensions.
• Renders exhibit realistic lighting and materiality consistent across views.
• Final PDFs print cleanly at full size with no pixelation.
