Modern Abuja Duplex Concept Design

I am looking for an architect or architectural designer to develop a modern Brazilian-inspired, two-storey, three-bedroom duplex for a 20m × 20m plot in Abuja, Nigeria.

I will provide reference photographs and an existing floor plan from an 8m × 22m plot. The reference should inspire the new design but must be adapted to the actual 20m × 20m site.

Design requirements:

* Modern minimalist black-and-white exterior.
* Large windows and glass balcony railings.
* Attractive entrance and contemporary roof design.
* Ground floor: living room, dining area, kitchen, entrance lobby and guest toilet.
* First floor: three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
* Parking for two cars, subject to site constraints.
* Practical ventilation, natural lighting and outdoor space.
* Economical construction using materials available in Nigeria.

Deliverables:

1. Ground-floor plan.
2. First-floor plan.
3. Basic dimensions and room labels.
4. Front, rear and side elevations.
5. Two exterior 3D renders.
6. Basic building sections.
7. PDF drawings and editable CAD files.
8. Preliminary floor-area estimate.

All drawings should be clearly labelled and dimensioned.

The design must consider applicable Abuja setbacks. Please state any assumptions about setbacks and site constraints.

Budget: $50 maximum.

This is a concept-design commission, not a complete construction-ready package. Structural engineering, foundation calculations, detailed electrical drawings and plumbing engineering are excluded.
