Modern 8-Plex Site Plan

I own a 100' x 100' lot in Ingleside, TX 78362 that is already zoned for multifamily use, and I’m ready to move forward with a two-story, eight-unit building. Each unit will be a one-bedroom, arranged around a central stairwell. I need a complete site plan that shows how the structure, parking, and required clearances all fit comfortably on the parcel.

My vision is modern architecture with a clean stucco exterior, so the drawing should capture that straightforward contemporary massing and finish. The plan must also accommodate sixteen on-site parking spaces—angled or perpendicular, whichever uses the footprint most efficiently while meeting local code for stall size, drive aisles, setbacks, and any accessibility requirements.

Please include:
• Scaled building footprint with accurate setbacks
• Parking layout for all 16 spaces, including ADA stall(s) if required
• Driveway entrance(already existing), sidewalks, , and basic utility runs
• landscaping only if required
• North arrow, legend, and key dimensions ready for permit submittal

This is meant to be single men short term rentals . All utilities included for tenants.
