I am ready to move ahead with a complete architectural package for a two-floor, four-bedroom home in a clean, modern style. The heart of the brief is the experience inside the house—especially the living zones and each bedroom—so I need plans that maximise flow, light and smart functionality.
Living areas should read as one seamless open space that blends kitchen, dining and lounge, yet still allows subtle zoning through levels, ceiling treatments or furniture placement. Full-height windows, clerestories or skylights are essential to draw natural light deep into both storeys. Within bedrooms I want generous wardrobes, provision for study nooks and the same emphasis on daylight.
Smart-home integration must be designed in from the outset: routes for concealed cabling, wall locations for touch panels, allowance for motorised blinds and climate sensors. Please indicate these elements clearly on the drawings.
To keep the project moving smoothly, I will need:
• Concept sketches showing massing, circulation and façade approach
• Scaled floor plans and elevations for both levels (CAD format)
• Two or more interior 3D renders focusing on the main living space and a sample bedroom
• A daylight study or annotated diagrams explaining how natural light is achieved
• Layout notes identifying conduit runs and hubs for the smart-home system
All files should be delivered in PDF plus the native design files (DWG/RVT/SKP) so my local structural engineer can continue from your work. If anything in the brief needs clarification, let me know early so we can lock the layout before detailing begins.
