Modern 400-sqft Coffee Shop Design

I’m planning a 400 ft² coffee shop and need a full architectural concept that feels unmistakably modern, energized by a bold, vibrant palette. Within the compact footprint I want an airy open-seating zone, a sleek bar counter for ordering and quick interaction, plus a dedicated display shelf that shows off packaged beans and merchandise without crowding the flow.

What I need from you: a scaled floor plan that squeezes the most seats out of the space while keeping circulation smooth, detailed elevations for the bar and shelving, and photorealistic 3-D renders that let me visualise finishes, lighting and colour pops before build-out. I’ll be reviewing line-drawings in DWG or Revit as well as presentation images (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar) so please specify the toolset you’ll use.

Acceptance is based on:
• A dimensioned plan that respects the 400 ft² limit and local code clearances
• At least three high-resolution interior renders capturing seating, bar and product shelf angles
• A concise material & colour board reflecting the chosen vibrant scheme
• Source files handed over, ready for contractor pricing
