Modern 3D Interior & Entrance Exterior

I need photorealistic 3D visuals that capture the full character of my home in a clean, modern style. The scope is clear:

• Interior: create one cohesive concept that ties together the living room, kitchen, and bedroom. The spaces should feel contemporary yet warm, with consistent materials, lighting, and color palettes so the renders flow naturally from one room to the next.

• Exterior: produce a single hero view of the main entrance, matching the interior mood and finishes so the project reads as one unified design.

I’ll supply reference photos, floor-plan, and rough measurements as soon as the project starts. In return, I expect high-resolution still renders (minimum 4K), plus the editable source file from the software you work in—Blender, 3ds Max + V-Ray, SketchUp, or a similar professional package is all fine provided the final images feel crisp and realistic.
