Modern 3D House Elevation Design

I need a fresh, modern exterior elevation for my upcoming house project and I want it visualised in full 3D. The look should feel clean and current—think generous glazing, crisp lines and materials that highlight the architecture rather than ornament it. I will provide the floor plans and key dimensions as soon as we start; from there I would like you to develop the façade, refine proportions and model realistic lighting so I can see how the design reads at different times of day.

The final package I expect includes:
• Two high-resolution daytime renders and one night render from the most flattering angles
• A short walkthrough or 360° view to capture volumes and material contrast
• Source file of the 3D model so my architect can adjust details later
