I am fitting out a compact 35 sqm tobacco and convenience shop and need a complete interior concept that feels fresh, modern and instantly engaging. The look has to lean into bright, vibrant colours rather than muted neutrals or dark tones, and every square metre must earn its keep.
Two areas matter most:
• Product displays and shelving – I need a layout that guides foot-traffic naturally while keeping the widest assortment of tobacco products and grab-and-go items clearly visible and easy to restock.
• Checkout counter design – this must be the visual anchor, speeding up transactions yet doubling as a secure focal point for high-margin impulse buys.
Please translate these priorities into:
1. A scaled floor plan showing fixture placement, circulation paths and storage nooks.
2. 3D rendered views (or a BIM model) that capture the colour palette, lighting and material choices.
3. A concise fixture and finish schedule so I can source shelving, lighting and counter components without guesswork.
I will review the concept for flow, merchandising potential and how well the colour scheme enlivens the space without overwhelming it. Once those criteria are met, we can move on to minor tweaks and final sign-off.
I also want a digital
