Modern 30x40 3D Elevation Design

I have a four-storey residence planned for a 30 ft × 40 ft plot and now need a crisp, modern 3D street elevation to visualise the façade before construction. I’ll share the full set of floor plans (PDF/CAD) once we begin.

The look must stay modern and simple, featuring warm beige and brown tones throughout. Please integrate balconies on each level and generous large windows or glass panels to keep the front light and open.

Scope of work
• Model the exterior accurately from my drawings.
• Apply realistic beige-and-brown materials, glass, and lighting.
• Supply at least three high-resolution renders (front, angled, and one night view).
• Hand over the editable 3D file (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or equivalent).

Acceptance criteria: the model must reflect the provided plans, include the specified balconies and glazing, and present the requested colour palette clearly in every render.
