Modern 2BHK Living Plan

I have a compact 2-bedroom bungalow and want a clear, modern-style layout for its single living room. I already know the overall dimensions of the house; what I need from you is a space-efficient floor plan that shows exactly where each element goes, focused on a clean, contemporary look.

Scope
• One room only: the living room.
• Core piece I must accommodate: a TV unit. Everything else—sofa placement, side tables, rugs, lighting—is open to your creative suggestions as long as the end result stays unmistakably modern and uncluttered.

What I expect
1. A scaled furniture layout (PDF/DWG) that I can hand straight to my contractor.
2. At least two perspective views or renders—SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar—so I can visualise finishes and traffic flow.
3. A short specification sheet listing recommended TV unit size, wall treatment and any accessory items you believe complete the look.

Accuracy in dimensions is critical; please base all drawings on standard Indian furniture sizes unless you receive updated measurements from me after kickoff.
