I’m refreshing my entire 2BHK and need an interior designer who can translate “modern and simple” into a space that feels bright, open and effortlessly connected. The priority is clear, comfortable flow: wide, obstacle-free pathways that make movement feel natural, starting with the living room and dining area where daylight and foot traffic are heaviest.

Key goals
• Layout & flow: rethink furniture placement and circulation so every room benefits from maximum natural light while still feeling intimate.
• Cohesion: weave a consistent palette of calm colours, subtle textures and layered lighting—ambient, task and accent—so each room feels distinct yet clearly part of the same story.

What I’ll need from you
1. Scaled floor plan showing revised pathways and furniture layout for the full 2BHK.
2. Lighting scheme (ceiling, wall, task and accent) that adapts to day-to-night use, with fixture specs.
3. Mood board and material schedule covering colours, finishes, fabrics and basic décor accents.
4. 3D visualisations or high-quality renders of the living-dining zone plus at least two key angles of the bedrooms.

Acceptance criteria
• Daylight analysis illustrates how revised layout improves natural illumination.
• Circulation widths meet comfortable residential standards.
• Palette and lighting choices are consistent with a modern, simple aesthetic—no ornate detailing.

Handle drawings in AutoCAD or SketchUp; renders can be done in V-Ray, Lumion or comparable software as long as the final images are photorealistic. Source files and PDFs should be handed over at completion.

If this sounds like the kind of holistic yet minimalist makeover you excel at, let’s talk schedule and milestones so we can bring this 2BHK to life.
