Modern 2000 Sqft House Design

I’m planning a modern home that fits comfortably into 2,000 sq ft and need a complete architectural design package. The brief is simple but space-sensitive: three full-size bedrooms plus a separate guest room, an open living room, a functional kitchen, a defined stair core for roof access, and circulation that feels airy rather than cramped.

Style
The overall aesthetic must stay modern—clean volumes, generous glazing and a seamless connection between rooms.

Layout
Everything needs to sit on the ground floor: living room, kitchen, guest suite and, if possible, the three family bedrooms as well. If a partial upper level proves unavoidable, keep daily living entirely at grade and use the stair only for secondary spaces.

• Scaled floor plans and elevations (PDF + editable CAD/Revit/SketchUp files)
• 3D exterior and key interior renders that convey materiality and lighting
• A brief schedule of finishes and key material suggestions
• One round of revisions after I review the first draft
