Modern 2-3 Bedroom Blueprint

I’m ready to move forward with a full set of architectural drawings for a single-family, modern-style residence that will include two to three bedrooms. I already have a rough idea of the footprint but need a professional plan that optimizes space, natural light, and future energy efficiency upgrades.

Here’s what I’d like you to deliver:
• Scaled floor plans with room dimensions and furniture layout suggestions
• Front, rear, and side elevations that highlight modern façades and rooflines
• A basic site plan showing positioning on a flat lot (orientation for sunlight is important)
• A simple 3-D massing model or rendered views so I can visualize the exterior volumes

All files should be shared in PDF for easy printing plus the original editable format (DWG, Revit, or comparable) so that any permitting adjustments can be made later.

I’ll provide zoning limits, setback requirements, and inspiration images once we start. Please let me know your preferred design software and typical turnaround time for preliminary and final drafts.
