Modern 12-Page Sales Brochure

I have a 12-page sales brochure in progress: the cover is finished and will stay exactly as it is, while the remaining 11 pages still need full layout work. All copy for those pages is ready; what I need from you is a modern, sleek design that speaks to homeowners and stays firmly within our existing brand colour palette.

The placeholder photos currently sitting in the file—heat-pump section included—are only there to show intent. Every image must be replaced with high-resolution, licence-cleared visuals that reinforce the message and look cohesive across the booklet.

You’ll deliver:
• Print-ready PDF (CMYK, 3 mm bleed, crops)
• Packaged source files (InDesign or equivalent, fonts and links)

Turnaround is one week from the moment we kick off. To be considered, send a short sample—one or two internal pages showing how you’d handle typography, imagery and colour—along with your price breakdown (including any stock-photo costs). I’ll review style fit, clarity of layout, and overall polish before awarding the project.
