I have a 14 m × 7.14 m (roughly 100 m² internal) footprint and need a full set of architectural drawings for a modern-style, 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom granny flat that will be used as a rental property. The goal is to lodge the package with Logan City Council and pass it straight on to the structural and services engineers without rework.

Scope
• Concept layout refined into a council-compliant floor plan, elevations, sections and roof plan
• Site plan showing siting, setbacks, private open-space calculations and on-site car parking
• Window and door schedules, room sizes and overall dimensions clearly annotated
• Basic electrical and plumbing layouts so the engineers can overlay their certificates
• Energy-efficiency notes in line with Queensland regulations
• PDF set for submission plus layered DWG (or REVIT) files for the engineers

Local codes and the Logan Planning Scheme must be followed; please weave in typical granny-flat requirements around ceiling height, fire separation and private amenity. If you have worked with Logan City Council before, let me know—familiarity with their checklists will speed approvals.

Deliverables will be reviewed against council lodgement criteria, dimensional accuracy and alignment with the modern aesthetic we discuss at kickoff. I’m happy to provide a rough sketch and any site surveys I have on hand once we start.

I have attached all information regarding the proposed development as well as a previous approval I have for a smaller dwelling which is required to be built on stumps 900mm off the ground.
