Modded Rust Server Development

I'm looking for an experienced developer to create a 3x modded Rust server.

Key requirements include:
- Increased resource gathering
- Custom skins for unique items or weapons

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proven experience in Rust server setup and modification
- Strong understanding of modding tools
- Creativity in designing custom skins
- Ability to implement and manage custom events (experience with PvP tournaments, raid events, or treasure hunts is a plus)

i also need a shop in the game and a plugin where they will earn 10 shop points every hour they are in the server, and i also need vip kits befitting of a 3x server and the vip kits will cost actual money so i also need a plugin that will take them to a website wherer they can by the kits i want teleporting as well like /addd home. /tpr /tpa stuff like that
