I’m ready to move forward with full-scale project development that covers both a mobile app and its companion web application. The goal is a cohesive experience: users should be able to start a task on their phones and pick up exactly where they left off in the browser.
Scope
• Mobile app development – iOS and Android, built either natively or with a robust cross-platform framework such as Flutter or React Native.
• Web application – responsive, cloud-hosted, sharing a unified backend and database with the mobile client.
Key needs
• End-to-end architecture, UI/UX, API design, secure authentication, and smooth deployment pipelines.
• Clean, well-documented code and hand-off materials so my in-house team can maintain and extend the product.
Acceptance criteria will include:
1. Feature parity between mobile and web.
2. Zero major bugs in QA test suite.
3. Deployment guides for both app stores and the chosen cloud platform.
