I’m bringing Irish League Edge (ILE) online and need someone to put every moving part in place for a seamless, mobile-first subscription business. The core of the project is subscription services and, above all, automated member access. Once a fan joins ILE+ and the payment processes, they should receive instant access to our private paid Telegram channel, while also keeping the open, free channel available to everyone. On expiry or cancellation, their paid-channel privileges must be revoked automatically—no manual workarounds.

Here’s the full picture of what I expect you to deliver:

• Mobile-optimised website built from the ground up, ready for high traffic.
• Secure, recurring payment flow (monthly and annual plans) that talks directly to Telegram to grant or remove access without delay.
• Dual Telegram setup: public free channel plus invitation-only paid channel, both managed through the site’s back-end.
• Self-serve customer dashboard so subscribers can upgrade, downgrade, pause or cancel at will.
• Complete hosting and domain configuration, SSL, basic hardening and ongoing analytics so I can track growth and churn.
• Admin panel with role permissions, content management and detailed subscription reporting.
• Automated emails/notifications for sign-up, renewal, failed payment and cancellation events.
• End-to-end testing, security checks and clear hand-off of all source code and documentation.

I’m happy to hear your preferred tech stack—whether you lean toward WordPress + Woo/Stripe plugins, a Laravel build, or a JAMstack approach—as long as it meets the requirements above, is future-proof and easy for a non-technical editor to operate.

Acceptance criteria:
1. A new user can subscribe, pay, and see themselves added to the paid Telegram channel in under two minutes.
2. Cancelling or an expired card removes them from that channel within five minutes.
3. Admin area shows real-time subscriber counts and revenue.
4. Site scores 90+ on Google Lighthouse mobile performance.
5. All credentials, repos and walkthrough docs are transferred before final sign-off.

If this sounds straightforward to you and you have past examples of similar payment-to-Telegram automations, let’s talk timelines and milestones.
