My 10–12-page website feels noticeably sluggish on phones and tablets. I need you to diagnose what is holding back the loading speed and deliver a single, clean code adjustment or snippet that can be applied site-wide to bring every page up to modern mobile-performance standards.
What I’m after is measurable improvement: quicker first paint, leaner payloads, and smooth scrolling without layout shifts. If minifying or deferring JavaScript, compressing CSS, setting smarter cache headers, or tapping into techniques like critical-CSS inlining will do the trick, great—just keep the solution maintainable and consolidated so I can drop it into my codebase once and benefit everywhere.
Please test the finished work on common mobile breakpoints and include before-and-after metrics (Lighthouse or WebPageTest) so we can see the difference.
