I need help repairing a responsive glitch that only shows up on mobile phones. On the homepage the layout breaks—sections slip out of place, spacing collapses, and the overall flow looks nothing like the desktop or tablet versions, which both render perfectly.

Your task is to dig into the existing HTML, CSS and any related JavaScript, identify exactly why the mobile breakpoint misbehaves, then deliver clean, tested code so the homepage looks polished on common iOS and Android devices. Please make sure your adjustments do not disturb the tablet and desktop views.
