Mobile Gantt Project Manager

I need a cross-platform mobile app (iOS and Android) that lets me create, monitor and share construction-style projects directly from my phone. Every project should carry three clear data layers—overall cost, a high-level activity breakdown, and the detailed task list that actually drives the schedule. When I enter a new task I must be able to give it a name, pick an assignee, set a maximum time budget, and log its percentage complete; the combined percentages automatically roll up to an overall project completion figure and a projected finish date.

A touch-friendly Gantt chart sits at the heart of the UI. I set a single project start date and every line item positions itself automatically; dragging dates or editing durations should redraw the chart instantly. Each task line needs a camera icon so the assigned user can snap a photo or pull one from the phone’s library, type a quick comment, then hit save. Non-managers may only adjust their own task’s percent complete, photos, and comments—nothing more—while I retain full edit rights across the board. The share link must accept up to 25 collaborators and respect that access rule.

Both email and push notifications should fire when a task is reassigned, a deadline slips, or a comment/photo is posted so nobody misses an update.

For hand-off, I expect:

• A fully working iOS & Android build (TestFlight / APK)
• Source code with build instructions
• Lightweight backend or cloud setup that stores projects and media securely
