Mobile-First Truck Share PWA

I’m commissioning a fully-featured, mobile-first Progressive Web App that matches shippers with available truck capacity in a way that feels as seamless as BlaBlaCar’s web experience. The application must load fast on phones first, then scale gracefully to tablets and desktops, working offline where possible and passing standard PWA audits.

Core workflow: truck owners publish route, date, remaining capacity and an expected price; customers search, filter and book; the system auto-matches both sides and handles OTP-based log-ins, in-app messaging and real-time notifications. Each user builds a public profile with ratings and completed trips that feed back into search relevance.

Deliverables I will formally accept
• Responsive PWA (front-end + back-end) with Customer and Truck-Owner account types
• Route, date, capacity and price listing module with advanced search & match logic
• Profile, rating & review system and secure OTP authentication
• In-app direct contact (chat/voice, your choice) and push/email/SMS notification hooks
• Role-based admin panel (super-admin by default; expandable for support or marketing later)
• CI/CD pipeline, live deployment and hosting configuration
• Complete source code in a private GitHub repository, all design assets, database dump and documented setup scripts

Timeline: I need this as soon as practical; propose the shortest realistic schedule and stick to it.

Payment terms are non-negotiable: 100 % released only after the entire platform is delivered, tested and approved. Once paid, all intellectual property, code and assets transfer to me.

Use any modern stack you’re comfortable with—React, Vue, Angular, or Svelte on the front end; Node, Django, Laravel, or similar on the back end—as long as you meet performance, security and scalability best practices.
