I’m building a full-featured chess game for iOS and Android that lets users play in two ways: solo against a strong, adjustable AI and head-to-head through real-time online multiplayer.
The core mechanics of classical chess are already defined, so what I need is the complete app: clean, intuitive UI, a reliable chess engine integrated for single-player, and a secure backend that handles matchmaking, friend invites, and ranking for multiplayer. Cross-platform technologies such as Unity, Flutter, or React Native are all acceptable as long as the final experience feels native on both stores.
Key deliverables
• Fully compiled iOS (.ipa) and Android (.aab) builds ready for TestFlight / Play Console
• Source code with clear documentation
• Online services set up (lobby, ELO rating, chat optional)
• Adjustable AI difficulty (at least three levels)
• Basic tutorial screens and settings menu
I’ll provide App Store assets and any branding; you handle coding, chess logic, and deployment support until the first public release. If this sounds like a project you can own end-to-end, let’s talk timelines and milestones.
