Mixed-Use Property Bookkeeping

I manage a portfolio of mixed-use properties and need a reliable bookkeeper to keep our numbers clean inside Rentvine. The work revolves around three core responsibilities:

• Track every dollar of income and expense for each property
• Reconcile monthly bank and reserve accounts so balances match down to the cent
• Produce clear financial reports that I can share with owners and lenders on schedule

You’ll receive view-only bank access, vendor invoices, deposit slips, and Rentvine credentials. I’d like the books updated weekly, with a month-end close no later than the 5th business day. Accuracy is critical; any discrepancies should be flagged with notes or supporting documents.

If you already know Rentvine, great—otherwise be comfortable learning its workflow quickly. Familiarity with property management accounting rules (security deposits, CAM allocations, etc.) will help you hit the ground running.
